Clean hotel, best staff, nice and absolutely perfect location close to everything. Location just off Hoan Kiem lake and Hanoi old quarter. Variety of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

We had an amazing stay at Eliana Signature Hotel in Hanoi. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with a warm smile and provided exceptional service. The reception staff, especially Jane and Senilaa, were professional and ensured a smooth check-in process. The rooms were spacious and clean, as shown in the pictures. The hotel went above and beyond when we requested non-dairy milk and even purchased soya milk for us. We were impressed by the attentive and friendly service of the restaurant staff, particularly Alice and her colleagues. The hotel's location was also convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. we were extremely satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we return to Hanoi.

Liked the way our spacious and fabulous room with 2 double beds was arranged. The location of the hotel was incredible, close to everything. It was also next to the old town and Hanoi old quarter and the center.

I had the a double room which was fairly quiet and amazing with 2 double beds. It had exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location, so close to the center of the old town as well as the Lake. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Hanoi.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was beautiful, with lovely decorations and modern amenities. The bathroom was also very nice. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The staff were amazing, always friendly and super helpful. They even allowed us to store our luggage and use the shower before our late-night flight.

A flat-screen TV, a safe, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room, comfy and perfect location. The beds comfortable.

The staff were helpful and kind, even arranging a last minute driver for a day trip. The breakfast spread was good, and the staff there were great. The location in Hanoi old quarter was convenient. Comfortable and clean rooms with all necessary amenities.

The front desk staff were excellent, providing warm hospitality and friendly service. They spoke multiple languages and had great knowledge of local tourist attractions. the restaurant staff also provided excellent service and the food was top-notch. the hotel's location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel advised us on our trips to Sapa and Ha Long Bay, and their recommendations were spot on.

While the staff were generally helpful, there were some inconsistencies in the information they provided. These small inconveniences were a drawback to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Booked a room with 2 double beds. Coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator were very handy...

Location: the hotel was close to the restaurant, and Hanoi old quarter. Local fast food option Pho bo Mau Dich was 5 minutes walk away. We asked for triple room and it was spotlessly clean with 2 double beds❤🙂

Lots of fine food for meals. Great location for our visit to a famous prison approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new hotel. i stayed here before, always fabulous and amazing rooms with 2 double beds. the location was good close to everything and the staff here was helpful and hospitable.

had a wonderful stay in hanoi at a hotel in the old quarter, but Eliana Signature blew me away! amazing location, delicious food, and the friendliest staff ever. loved relaxing on the balcony after sightseeing. will definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic stay at Eliana Signature! The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. They even took care of our luggage when we needed to leave it for a few days. The rooms were clean, and the panoramic window provided a great view. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful, and there was even a safety box in the room. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with artistic touches throughout. The breakfast area had a nice atmosphere, and the breakfast itself was delicious. The location was convenient, with great shops and restaurants nearby. A special thanks to Jane, Senilaa, Rosie, Kate, Maximus, and Alice for their exceptional service. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

I recently stayed at Eliana Signature Hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I appreciated the option to order a la carte. Our room was spacious and had a fantastic balcony, which was a great addition.

Nothing that I didn't like. 😊
